COTA Junior Team Tennis

 

             

 

REGISTRATION INFORMATION & INSTRUCTIONS
 
Registration is a two part process. 
 
1.      Complete the registration form and submit to Instructor/facility or Captain by the deadline.  You will need to become/renew USTA membership. Membership must be active through the end of the season. Junior membership is $20.00 per year. Family memberships are also available. 
 
 
 
 
2.      Online registration through TennisLink. Prior to the start of the season, you will receive your Team Number from your Captain. You will need your USTA membership number, Team Number and credit card information as league fees will be paid at this time.  
 
 
Instructions for TennisLink player registration
·         Go to USTA Team Tennis TennisLink, teamtennis.usta.com.
·         Click on “Register to Play”.
·         Enter your Team Number.
·         Verify team.
·         Enter your USTA membership number.
·         Enter payment information; select Submit (NOTE: Do not use spaces or punctuation marks when entering your credit card number.) You will have the option to print a receipt for a record of your payment.
