Thank you for volunteering to lead your child’s team through the season. We hope your team will have a fun and exciting, competitive season. Here you will find all the necessary information to manage your team. Your most helpful tool in managing your team is TennisLink.

TennisLink is USTA’s online league program, which provides USTA membership registration and renewal, league registration, program, player, and team information and services, such as team roster, match schedule, team standings, score reporting, player records and more. If your child has participated in local USTA tournaments, you will find this is the same online application used. Getting familiar with TennisLink is the best way to plan, follow and review your child’s tennis game.

Let’s get started!

Step 1 - The Captain's Packet - Your weekly guide. review and print

Step 2 - Become A Coach/Captain and Create a Team – Begin the online registration process.

Step 3 - Create a Team roster and distribute to team along with Team Number for individual Player Registration. **This is a very important step! Players are not able to play until after they have registered to the team.

Step 4 – Ensure you and your pro/instructor have accurate communication methods for lineups.

Step 5 – Distribute the Rules and Regulations to all players.
