About Us
Founded in 2000, COTA is a volunteer based community tennis association affiliated with the USTA. The purpose of COTA is to promote and sustain interest in the game of tennis; to provide league play for junior, adult, and senior players; and to promote sportsmanship, recreation, and the social interaction associated with team competition.
COTA is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization and serves Clarke, Oconee, Barrow, Morgan, Madison, and Jackson counties.
Membership is open to all residents of the six county area who have an active USTA membership or a parent of a child with an active membership
MISSION: The Clarke Oconee Tennis Association (COTA) is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization whose mission is to promote tennis in the greater
Clarke-Oconee area. 
PURPOSE: COTA's purpose is to deliver USTA programs for juniors, adults and seniors for all ages and abilities.
CORE VALUES: COTA strives to provide qualify tennis programs that promote active lifestyles, social interaction and good sportsmanship. Those programs are delivered by the work of dedicated volunteers.
